Aunties going to help you code

The BBC have just announced an new initiative ranging from coding-related shows to web content that will help kids learn to code.

There will be new shows such as 'technobabble', giving kids a glimpse into the future and a new series of Nina and the Neurons called Go Digital.

Of course this isn't the first time the BBC have tried to use our money to help the nation become tech smart. The first computer I remember using was a BBC Micro. Unfortunately the BBC tried recently to provide coding classes for kids but Private Industry complained about it impacting their profis so it was shut down.

Nice to see they are still trying to engage and help people with technology. It's what the beeb does really well and it's great to see.
